Why Is Beef Good for You?

When I lived in the Island of Tonga we didn’t have much money and buying beef was a luxury. We purchased beef every Saturday and created a hearty beef stew for the family which we would eat on a Sunday after church.
Beef is really good for the body and here are five reasons why:
Building Muscles. Beef is made of amino acids which are great for strengthening and building muscles.
Beef is full of Iron and helps prevent fatigue as the body carries oxygen around the body.
Full of Zinc, Beef is a great food to help with wound healing and keeping the immune system strong.
If you want strong bones then you’ll want to eat beef as the phosphorus helps grow strong teeth and bones.
Other vitamins found in beef include B12, niacin, vitamin B6 and riboflavin.
