Step One: Divide the sausage meat into 12 patties. Place the sausage patties into the air fryer basket at 350° for 10 minutes, when cooked, set aside.

Step Two: In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, 2 cups of shredded cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper, and oil.

Step Three: Add cooking spray to the egg muffin liners. Place 2-3 tablespoons of hash brown mixture in the jumbo muffin liners. Place egg mold liners in the air fryer basket and cook at 400° for 10 minutes or until they start to brown and crisp up.

Step Four: Place one sausage patty into each hashbrown cup and press down to seat it. Crack one egg over each cup and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat for every cup. Continue to cook at 350° for 10 minutes or less for a softer yolk.
