  • 1 1/2 Cup Of Shredded Cheese
  • 20 oz Bag Of Frozen Hash Browns, Thawed
  • 8 Strips Of Bacon, Cooked
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Of Salt 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Of Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Of Garlic Powder

How To Make Breakfast Casserole In The Air Fryer

Here are the step-by-step instructions for making air fryer breakfast casserole:

Step One: Whisk Eggs And Milk

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk.

Step Two: Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Crumble the bacon before adding.

Step Three: Pour Mixture Into A Pan

Pour egg mixture into a 8” pie pan. This pie pan fits my air fryer basket. You can use any dish that fits your basket. A shallow dish helps it cook evenly. We made 2 batches.

Step Four: Air Fry Breakfast Casserole

Cook at 350 for 25 minutes. If the top of the casserole starts to cook faster, cover it with foil to finish. 

Step Five: Set The Casserole Sit

Let sit for 15 minutes after cooking, resting allows the egg to firm up.

Step Six: Serve And Enjoy

Serve with salsa, hot sauce or ketchup if that’s your thing!
