  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes – seasoned with garlic and basil.
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano – This adds a lovely flavour to the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder -This helps to keep the garlic flavour strong.
  • 1 tablespoon of dry parsley – This is a great seasoning.
  • A dash of salt and pepper – This is to season the peppers as it cooks.
  • 1 cup of cooked rice – We used white basmati, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand.
  • Grated Romano cheese– This is for topping the stuffed peppers before serving.

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER STUFFED PEPPERS

In a saucepan, brown the ground meat. Add the oil and spices. Cook for 3 minutes. Add
the rice, onions, and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
