Once you have your ingredients ready, here’s what you’ll need to do to make the stuffed chicken breasts.

Season the chicken breast with 1/2 of the spices. Place each chicken breast in the air fryer basket and spray with oil. Cook at 400°f for 8 minutes.

While cooking, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the apple cider vinegar and remaining spices. Bring the sauce to a boil and stir until the sauce thickens. Set aside

Remove and let cool to touch. Using a sharp knife, slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 

You can also experiment with other kinds of cheeses like feta cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese mozzarella cheese or even some shredded Parmesan cheese.

Slice the Munster cheese into small triangles and stuff the chicken with the slices of apples and cheese in layers.

Return the cooked stuffed chicken to the air fryer basket, brush with the sauce and then cook for 12 more minutes.

Remember that if you’re using a softer cheese mixture like like a cream cheese mixture or feta cheese, there’s a risk of the mixture oozing out from the stuffed chicken breasts.
To tackle this, you can keep the stuffed chicken breast closed using a toothpick to hold it together.
