What is an Antipasto Kabob?
An Antipasto Kabob is a skewer of all your favorite antipasto ingredients. Think salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, olives, and peppers. A Kebob or Kebab is a Middle Eastern dish of chunks of meat or vegetables grilled on a skewer. So, an Antipasto Kabob is really just an Italian version of a Kebab!
Why Have Antipasto On Skewers?
Having all of these antipasto ingredients on skewers make them the perfect appetizer! Appetizers on skewers are always a huge hit because they are easy to eat and usually pretty to look at.
It’s a different way to present your antipasto ingredients and looks really impressive when you put them out for company. Even better they are keto friendly!

INGREDIENTS FOR ANTIPASTO KaBOB
- 4-5 oz. Sliced pepperoni or salami: This add’s the perfect amount of salty flavor to the kabob.
- 3-4 oz. Fresh mozzarella pearls: Mozzarella is a must on an Antipasto Kabob!
- 8 Green or black olives: I love green olives with pimento on my Antipasto Kabob, but feel free to use any olive you like.
- 8 Small whole banana peppers: These are my favorite pepper to use, but feel free to substitute with any type of pepper you like.

Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
What To Serve With Antipasto Kabobs?
These Antipasto Kabobs can be served as an appetizer or a main course. If you are looking to turn them into the main course, I would suggest serving them with a side of pasta salad or roasted potatoes.
You might like to serve them with our Instant Pot puttanesca Pasta dish or try another Mediterranean Diet recipe such as Greek Salad, Tabbouleh Salad, or Eggplant Parmesan.
How Long Will Antipasto Kabobs Keep?
These Antipasto Kabobs are best served the day they are made. If you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. The skewers will get soggy, so it’s best to remove the ingredients from the skewer before storing.

These Antipasto Kabobs are perfect for any party or get-together! They would be great for:
- Wedding receptions
