Can I use a different cut of chicken?

Yes, you can use any type of chicken for this recipe (bone-in or boneless, skin-on or skinless). Just keep in mind that the cooking time may vary depending on the type of chicken you use.

Should I brown the chicken before adding it to the crock pot?

No, you don’t need to brown the chicken before adding it to the crock pot. However, if you want to, you can brown the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes on each side. This will give the chicken some extra flavor.

My gravy is thin, how do I thicken it?

If your gravy is thin, you can thicken it by whisking in a cornstarch slurry. To make a cornstarch slurry, mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add the cornstarch slurry to the gravy and stir until it thick
