  • 1 Pre-Made Pie crust, 8-9”
  • 2 Cups Pre-Cooked Breakfast Sausage, Crumbled
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese  (I like to use sharp cheddar cheese).
  • 1/2 White Onion, Diced Finely
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

How To Make Quiche In The Air Fryer

Here are the instructions for cooking sausage and cheese quiche.

Step One: Preheat Air Fryer

Pre-heat the air fryer to 325°f. (If the sausage has not been cooked, cook sausage in a skillet until golden brown.

Step Two: Roll Dough

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and flatten it to fit the 8” pie pan.

Step Three: Place Crust In Pan

Place the deep dish pie crust in the pie plate and form it in the pan. Cut the remaining crust outside the pan.

You are welcome to make a homemade pie crust in advance, however, we used a pre-made one.

Step Four: Mix Cheese And Sausage

Mix the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and sausage mixture. Add to the pan.

Step Five: Whisk Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the seasoning.

Step Six: Pour The Egg Mixture

Pour egg mixture into the pan.

Step Seven: Air Fry Sausage Quiche

Once the quiche filling is in position, place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook at 325°f for 15 minutes until the center is firm

Step Eight: Let Cool

Remove the basket from the air fryer and let the quiche cook to allow it to solidify ready to serve.

Best Substitutions For This Sausage Quiche Recipe

If you don’t have sausage on hand, you can easily substitute it for bacon or ham. You can also use Swiss cheese instead of cheddar.
