Once you have your breaded coating, place them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for just over 10 minutes. They should be nice and crispy when they are ready.
Ingredients for this Fish Fingers Recipe
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
400g Cod Fillet (cut into finger sized pieces)
1-2 Medium Potatoes (cooked and mashed)
3 tbsp all purpose Flour
For The Breadcrumbs:
2 slices of bread , torn into small pieces
Place the bread in a blender and blitz until it resembles bread crumbs. Transfer to a bowl with the remaining ingredients for the breading, stir until combined.
Coating Your Fingers
Coat each fish finger in the egg, then in the breading mixture and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius, flipping halfway through.
After cooked squeeze a little lemon juice for added flavor.
