HOW TO MAKE ASIAN PORK BELLY
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Score the fat of the pork belly with a knife, and place it fat side up in a casserole dish. Rub the Chinese 5 spice powder evenly on both sides of the pork belly.

In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients well.
Pour the mixture over the pork belly, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 ½
hours.
