    Could you give the instructions (how do you set it to work?) to keep the water boiling when you use it for an electric water bath (not steam) canner? (With the water deep enough to cover 1inch over the jars ) rolling boil for 10 or 20 minutes, depending on what is being water bath canned. Your help would be so appreciated. Thank you
