To make these Air Fryer roasted peppers, here’s what you’ll need to do.

Step 1: Prep the Peppers

Place chilies in the air fryer basket. You can fill the basket but don’t overlay the chilies. Coat whole peppers in olive oil.

Step 2: Roast Peppers in Air Fryer

Cook at 400°f for 15 minutes or until the skins start to blacken and blister. If the bottom side needs more cooking, flip and cook for 5 more minutes or until blistered.

Step 3: Let the Peppers Sweat

Turn the air fryer off after chilies are cooked and let chilies in the air fryer for 15 minutes to allow them to sweat. This process loosens the skin for removal.

Step 4: Peel the Skin and Remove the Core
