One of my favorite ways to have ham is fresh out of the Instant Pot. Like most things, the IP makes ham tender, juicy and full of mouthwatering flavor. If you haven’t tried it, you don’t have to wait until Christmas. Ham makes a great main dish at any time of the year. If you are in the mood for ham, its time to get out your Instant Pot.

Uses for Left Over Ham
When you make a nice sized ham for dinner, you are sure to have leftovers. I don’t know about you, but I tend to have a hard time getting the people in my house to eat leftovers. But, if I disguise the leftovers in another meal, I win!
Here are some great ideas to disguise that leftover ham into something else:
- Throw it into an egg casserole for breakfast.
- Make some ham, beans, and cornbread for a southern delight.
- Toss your cut up ham into some scalloped potatoes for a flavorful side.
- Make a ham and cheese panini to go with tomato soup.
