How To Make PF Changs Lettuce Wraps
Here are the step-by-step instructions for making Instant Pot Lettuce Wraps
Step One: Turn On the Saute Function
Press sauté mode on the Instant Pot. Once the Pot gets hot, add olive oil.
Add ground chicken and onions. Sauté the ground chicken and chopped onions until the meat is no longer pink.
Step Two: Saute Chicken Mince And Onions
While the chicken and onions cook, mix all ingredients for the sauce. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce.
Stir until all is incorporated. Turn off sauté mode by pressing cancel.
Step Three: Pressure Cook Mince Filling
Close the Instant Pot lid and close the valve shut. set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
Step Four: Natural Pressure Release Chicken Mixture
When the cooking has finished, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Once the 10 minutes are done, manually release the remaining pressure.
Step Five: Add Water Chestnuts
After releasing the pressure, select cancel, and then sauté mode.
Add chopped water chestnuts to the pot and allow the mixture to thicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step Six: Add Green Onions
After 5 minutes, add in the green onions. Stir and incorporate well.
