Instant Pot Pork Tacos: Delicious Street Tacos
It’s Taco Tuesday and there is nothing better than your own homemade tacos. That is until you try these Instant Pot Pork Tacos! If you like regular tacos, you are going to devour these.

Instant Pot Pork Tacos Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of pork chops, shoulder or loin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can of beer (I used an ale)
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup or one package of taco seasoning
- Your Instant Pot
How to Make Instant Pot Pork Tacos:
Step 1
Set Instant Pot to sauté function.
Steps 2-5
Add oil and butter and allow to melt. Add garlic and onion. Cook about 2 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent.
Step 6
Add pork and brown, but do not cook all the way through.
Steps 7-8
Add green chilies and beer.
Step 9
Add beef broth
Steps 10-11
Add orange and lime juice.
Steps 12-13
Add cinnamon and taco seasoning.
Step 14
Mix everything together.
Step 15
Set Instant pot to high pressure and 35 minutes. Close the lid and make sure venting is turned off. Allow releasing pressure naturally for 15 minutes. Release remaining pressure by opening the valve.
Steps 16-17
Spoon pork onto a baking sheet and pull apart. Place under broiler until crispy. Reserve about a cup of the broth from the Instant pot and brush over the pork.
Serve over corn or flour street size tortillas. Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy. I dare you to only eat one!
