This Pork Tacos Instant Pot Recipe is an easy to make meal you can serve to your family.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of pork chops, shoulder or loin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can of beer (I used an ale)
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup or one package of taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to sauté function.
  2. Add oil and butter and allow to melt. Add garlic and onion. Cook about 2 minutes, or until garlic is fragrant and onions are translucent. \
  3. Add pork and brown, but do not cook all the way through.
  4. Add the green chilies and pour the beer over the pork.
  5. Add the beef broth to the pot.
  6. Add orange and lime juice. Then add the cinnamon and taco seasoning. Mix together.
