  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock or chicken broth

If you're pressure cooking frozen cheese tortellini instead of fresh tortellini then you'll need to add an extra 3 minutes to the cooking time. To pressure cook frozen tortellini set your Instant Pot to 5 minutes cook time. If using dried tortellini cook for 10-11 minutes.

Tortellini leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or can be placed into a tightly sealed freezer-safe bag for freezing.
