How To Make Zucchini Fritters?

Here is the method for making easy zucchini fritters.

Grate the zucchini and carrots and place in dish.

Squeeze out the moisture from the shredded zucchini and carrot.

Step Three: Combine Ingredients

Add carrot, zucchini, panko, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and mix.

Add oil to a hot skillet. Scoop the zucchini mixture using a medium spoon and place in the skillet. Cook the fritters until golden brown.

  • Cast Iron Skillet: I find using a cast iron skillet is great for cooking your fritters. Ensure the oil is hot when you scoop the fritters onto the pan.

  • Fresh Herbs: Our recipe has salt and pepper and garlic. However to add more flavor consider adding, fresh parsley, fresh dill to your fritters.
  • Yellow Squash: You can switch out the zucchini for yellow squash if you fancy. Squash fritters will cook exactly the same.
