Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope about 1/2 inch thick and over 13 inches long.

Create a heart shape.

Place the heart-shaped breadsticks on a baking sheet . Cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 30-45 minutes.

Mix the chicken yolk with a spoonful of water and brush the hearts.

Sprinkle with salt and parmesan.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Brush the finished breadsticks.
