Is All Dough The Same?

Not all dough is created equal, and that’s especially true when it comes to breadsticks. The dough for these Parmesan breadsticks is made with just a few simple ingredients. It comes together quickly and easily and doesn’t require any special equipment or techniques.

What’s the Secret to Perfect Breadsticks?

The secret to perfect breadsticks is all in the baking. Be sure to bake them until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside, but still soft and fluffy on the inside. If they’re not cooked long enough, they’ll be doughy. If they’re cooked too long, they’ll be hard and dry.
