Step 1: Turn On The Instant Pot

Turn your Instant Pot on to sauté mode. Wait for it to get hot, and then add in your butter. Let your butter completely melt.

Add your popcorn kernels and salt to the melted butter. Stir well to coat your kernels with butter and salt.

Step 3: Making Popcorn Pop

Place the glass lid on your Instant Pot to seal in the heat. Your popcorn kernels will start to pop. Allow them to continue to pop until you stop hearing popping for at least 20 seconds.

Step 4: Press Cancel

Once the Instant Pot popcorn has stopped popping for at least 20 seconds, press cancel on your Instant Pot and remove the lid.

Step 5: Remove The Fresh Popcorn

Transfer your fresh popcorn to a cookie sheet with a parchment paper liner. Be careful not to transfer any kernels with the popcorn.

Step 6: Melt The Chocolate Wafers

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt your white chocolate wafers. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring with a spoon.

Step 7: Pour Chocolate Over The Popcorn

Once your chocolate has completely melted, evenly distribute and pour over your popcorn. Stir together making sure that each popcorn is covered in chocolate.
