Instructions
First, slice the lemons and the oranges into ¼-inch slices. Put them in a 32 ounce jar.
Next, add the ginger, nutmeg, cloves, rosemary, cinnamon sticks and bay leaves to the jar so that they are evenly distributed.
If you aren't ready to make your house smell yummy, seal the jar and store it, or gift it.
If you are ready for your winter aromas, add the contents of the jar into the Instant Pot along with 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of vanilla per jar.
Next, press the sauté or sear button and bring the contents of the jar to a boil.
Once boiling, set instant pot to warm and enjoy the fall smells. Leave the lid off. Add water as needed.
