This easy Instant Pot Chicken Broth is a game-changer for all your soups and stews! Made with simple ingredients like chicken bones, veggies, and herbs, it’s packed with flavor and ready in a fraction of the time compared to traditional stovetop methods.
Line the inner pot of Instant Pot with chicken wings. Add all vegetables (carrots, celery, onion and garlic). Pour water into inner pot. Then add bay leaf, black pepper and salt. Add lid to Instant pot and set on manual high pressure for 45 minutes.
Allow for a 30 min Natural Pressure Release. Once time is up, remove lid. Remove inner pot from Instant Pot and drain into a large bowl.
Use a ladle to add broth into mason jars. Allow to cool before capping and refrigerating.
Notes
