  • 5 cherry tomatoes

  • 10 sprigs each of arugula and dill
  • Some fresh thyme leaves, grape shoots and olive blossoms
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • A pinch of salt.

How to Make Cream Cheese Dip

Once you have all your ingredients ready, here’s what you’ll need to do to make the cream cheese dip.

Step 1: Prepare Cream Cheese Dip

Set aside some mozzarella to serve. Place cream cheese, salt, nutmeg and sour cream in the bowl of a blender.

Step 2: Arrange on the Platter

Blend and whisk the cheese mixture until smooth. Leave 2 tbsp. of the mixture in the bowl of the blender. Place the rest of the dip on a serving platter as shown in the photo.

Step 3: Prepare Herbed Cheese Mixture

Add arugula and dill to blender. Whisk the mixture. Spoon the green mixture onto the white base. Drizzle with olive oil. It turns out very pretty.

Step 4: Arrange Cherry Tomatoes

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Grate the cucumbers with a vegetable slicer.

Step 5: Arrange Veggies and Herbs

Place the vegetables and mini mozzarella on the free edge of the plate. Decorate with olive leaves and grapes. Place thyme leaves and olive florets on top of cheese.
