Once you have all your ingredients ready, here's what you'll need to do to make the cream cheese dip.
Step 1: Set aside some mozzarella to serve. Place cream cheese, salt, nutmeg and sour cream in the bowl of a blender.

Step 2: Blend and whisk the cheese mixture until smooth. Leave 2 tbsp. of the mixture in the bowl of the blender. Place the rest of the dip on a serving platter as shown in the photo.
Step 3: Add arugula and dill to blender. Whisk the mixture. Spoon the green mixture onto the white base. Drizzle with olive oil. It turns out very pretty.
Step 4: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Grate the cucumbers with a vegetable slicer.
Step 5: Place the vegetables and mini mozzarella on the free edge of the plate. Decorate with olive leaves and grapes. Place thyme leaves and olive florets on top of cheese.
