  • 2 ounces roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
