Today I am sharing a fantastic selection of Instant Pot Weight Watchers Recipes. I’ve tried many different diets and healthy eating plans over the years and I’ve found the Weight Watchers freestyle plan to be the best one that works the best for me. 

With the Weight watchers plan you have the freedom to choose what foods you eat, you simply have to be balanced and count the points for eat food and meal.

My number one go-to Instant Pot Weight Watchers recipe is Instant Pot Chicken and Butterbean Soup. This delicious soup is zero points on the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan, and I love it. The whole family does! I’m sure you will, too.

Instant Pot Barbacoa Beef

This delicious Instant Pot beef recipe is full of goodness and nutrition at only 3 WW points. Barbacoa Beef In The Instant Pot is a tasty and filling meal that is perfect for lunch or dinner. With bold flavors from a variety of spices, this dish will satisfy your cravings without breaking your points budget.

Add olive oil to your Instant Pot. Brown the chuck roast on both sides, in your Instant Pot on saute’. In a blender add the chipotles, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, cloves, beef broth, mexican flavor cube, and lime juice, blend until smooth. Cover your beef in the sauce, and add the bay leaves. Close the lid to the lock position. Turn the vent to ‘sealing, set it to manual setting. Set the timer for 55 minutes at High Pressure. When the cooking time is up, natural release for 15 minutes. When your Instant Pot barbacoa Beef is finished, garnish with cilantro.

What Is the Instant Pot?

The Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker that cooks family meals quickly and fast. I love my Instant Pot and love just how versatile it can be. When I first got my pressure cooker, I was a little nervous as I wasn’t sure how to use it.

With some time and practice, I have become a pressure cooker expert, and I love my pressure cooker now. It is amazing.
