I’ve always been a fan of curry! After gastric bypass surgery, I hoped I’d still be able to enjoy amazing curry recipes that are healthy meals and packed with protein. As a bariatric patient, I avoid takeaways that are high in fat and full of processed ingredients. Making homemade curry recipes and bariatric-friendly recipes is a great option when the family wants to tuck into something different but delicious.
