I’ve always been a fan of curry and following gastric bypass surgery I hoped I’d still be able to enjoy a curry from time to time. As a bariatric patient, I avoid takeaways that can be high in fat and full of processed ingredients. Making a homemade curry recipe which is both a low carb curry and low fat is a great option when the family wants to tuck into something different but delicious.
