Cooking after gastric bypass does not have to be a chore. You can cook a single serving for yourself or cook for the whole family. In fact, if you make extra food and batch cook these easy recipes, then this can help with meal prep for your most busy days and you can store ready-made healthy meals in the freezer.

I’ll begin by sharing a few of my favourite bariatric friendly soup recipes and then move onto some exciting and tasty Bariatric main dishes. Enjoy!
