  3. Cook the turkey mince until brown. Remove the skillet from the range, and drain any fat.
  4. Return drained turkey mince and skillet to range and resume heat at medium heat.
  5. Add ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce to your turkey mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Add coleslaw mix and peppers to the skillet and stir well until evenly distributed throughout.
  7. Stir and simmer the egg roll mixture until tender.
  8. Stir in green onions and extra soya sauce to your egg roll mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
