What is an Instant Pot Ace Blender?

The Instant Pot Ace blender is a multi-use cooking and beverage blender. It has eight smart touch programs: four cold blending programs and four hot blending programs. In addition to the smart programs, it also has multiple other features.

What Can You Make in an Instant Pot Ace Blender?

One of the biggest appeals of the Instant Pot Ace Blender is its ability to make a variety of milks using the preset buttons and a recipe. So, it’s actually a really great tool for those that are lactose intolerant and need an almond or rice milk. In addition to milk, you can also make the following in your blender:

The great thing about the Instant Pot Ace Blender is that it comes with a whole recipe book that contains recipes for nut milk, rice milk, soy milk, oat milk, smoothies, spinach and artichoke dip, chicken noodle soup, tomato soup, marinara sauce, and blueberry cheesecake ice cream. If you don’t have the recipe book, you can get it here.

How Do You Use the Instant Pot Ace Blender?

You can use the Ace blender as you would a regular blender with the manual blending keys, or you can use a preset button that automatically does what you need it to do.

Cold Blending Steps

If you are making something that is meant to be cold, you will use the cold blending functions. Follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the lid from the pitcher.
  2. Stack all of your recipe ingredients into the pitcher.
  3. Secure the lid on the pitcher.
  4. Select your desired cold blending program such as smoothie.
  5. The blender will beep 3-times and then begin.
  6. Press cancel to stop it, or wait for the countdown to complete.
  7. Remove the lid, pour and serve.

Hot Blending Steps

The hot blending programs combine boiling and blending for an optimal one-pitcher meal! The Ace Blender is capable of cooking food and blending at the same time. Follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the lid from the pitcher.
  2. Stack all of your recipe ingredients into the pitcher.
  3. Secure the lid on the pitcher.
  4. Select your desired hot blending program such as soup.
  5. The blender will beep 3-times and then begin.
  6. The blades will pulse intermittently as the blender heats as well as throughout the countdown.
  7. When the blender has completed the program, it will beep 10-times and then the display will show donE.

How Do I Clean the Instant Pot Ace Blender?

Like the Instant Pot, the Ace blender is pretty easy to clean. All you’ll need is a dishwashing brush and some soapy water, and it wipes out pretty easily.

Sometimes, you will find that food has gotten stuck or scorched on the bottom. If this happens, you can run the pulse/clean function to clean the blender.

To use this function, you will fill the pitcher with 34 ounces of hot water and press the button.

Next, discard the water after it has finished, fill again adding a little soap, and run the program again. Simply rinse it with warm water to finish it up.
