Step Three: Knead by hand for 6 to 7 minutes on a floured surface (such as a clean counter, or large cutting board), or you can use a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment for five minutes.

Step Four: Oil the inside of your pot of the Instant Pot. Make sure it is well coated with oil on the bottom as well as the sides of the pot.

    1. Hi …. great question. If you’re instant pot model does not have a yogurt button, then simply use the “Keep warm” button for 1 hour. It will do the same trick.
