Step One: Place in a large bowl the warm water, sugar, and yeast. If using active dry yeast, wait 5 minutes for it to proof. The yeast will form a creamy foam on the surface of the water.

Step Two: Add in your flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix well with a sturdy wooden spoon.

Step Five: Place your dough on the bottom of the pot. Lock your lid closed.
