- Berries: Offer a sweet, juicy burst of flavor with natural sugars that perfectly complement the tartness of the yogurt.
- Cream Cheese: If you wish to add a little cream cheese or mascarpone cheese to the yogurt feel free to combine. I like to add ½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract to mix the cheese and yogurt well.

💭 FAQs
I recommend using plain Greek yogurt. Greek Yogurt is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt, and it also has more protein. This makes it the perfect base for a parfait. You can use any type of yogurt you like, but we think that Greek yogurt gives the best results.
I love using a mix of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. However, you can use any type of berries you like. Blackberries, cherries, and even mango would be delicious in this parfait.
We recommend storing the parfait in an airtight container in the fridge. This will prevent the yogurt and berries from separating. If keeping in the glass be sure to cover with plastic wrap. This parfait will last in the fridge for 3-4 days. The yogurt and berries will start to separate after a few days, but it will still taste delicious!
