Best Egg Bites Instant Pot Style Using An Egg Mold
Egg Bites Instant Pot Style are pretty amazing. In fact, when I first got my Instant Pot and my Instant Pot egg mold, I was so excited to try out new recipes.
The very first recipe I tried in my silicone egg bites mold was Ham, Cheese and Bell Pepper egg bites. They were delicious. In fact my husband enjoyed them so much. He nicknamed them mini omelettes. I guess they do taste very similar and I love how . versatile they are.
These tasty egg bites are only 1/2 point on the Weight Watchers Plan as the only pointed ingredient is the cheese!

I am dying to try these, but I do not like cottage cheese at all. Is there anything I can do to substitute? Milk? Water? Thank you!
You can make them without the cottage cheese and they come out just as good. …OR YOU COULD SIMPLY use normal cheese!
Might have to try these for the grandkids.
kids will love them!
Love the recipe
I love egg bites. My husband introduced me to them I think in the past year. This would be a great thing to try in the Instant Pot, if we could get the attachment one day.
Need to try these out – sounds like a winner for Christmas brunch get together.
I’m waiting for my egg molds to come so I can make these.
awesome!
I do not own an egg mould. Is there any other appliance that can be used aside from an egg mould to make these?
you would need some kind of mould for the mixture but i assume you could make them in foil!
