Egg Bites Instant Pot Style are pretty amazing. In fact, when I first got my Instant Pot and my Instant Pot egg mold, I was so excited to try out new recipes.

The very first recipe I tried in my silicone egg bites mold was Ham, Cheese and Bell Pepper egg bites. They were delicious. In fact my husband enjoyed them so much. He nicknamed them mini omelettes. I guess they do taste very similar and I love how . versatile they are.

These tasty egg bites are only 1/2 point on the Weight Watchers Plan as the only pointed ingredient is the cheese!

  1. I am dying to try these, but I do not like cottage cheese at all. Is there anything I can do to substitute? Milk? Water? Thank you!

    1. You can make them without the cottage cheese and they come out just as good. …OR YOU COULD SIMPLY use normal cheese!

  2. I love egg bites. My husband introduced me to them I think in the past year. This would be a great thing to try in the Instant Pot, if we could get the attachment one day.

  3. I do not own an egg mould. Is there any other appliance that can be used aside from an egg mould to make these?

  4. I have tried using the egg mold to make egg bites in my instapot. No matter what I do they always come out very watery and do not taste good. Any advice?

    1. Our egg bites recipe works every time… it could be the size of eggs your using? Maybe try adding more solid mixture to the eggs and plenty of flavor / salt and pepper etc.
