For this Nutella bites recipe, we use an Instant Pot egg mold. You can purchase egg bite molds from Instant Brands, Local stores such as Walmart or online from Amazon.
Here are the egg molds I bought from Amazon. They came with a trivet steamer rack with heat-resistant handles which I find super useful when using the trivet in my pressure cooker. These molds also come with silicone lids so you won’t need to use aluminum foil.

Cooking Time For Nutella Bites
These Nutella bites take around 8 minutes to prep and 35 minutes to cook in the pressure cooker. One batch makes around 16 Nutella bites.

- 4 Eggs

How To Make Instant Pot Nutella Bites
Here is a quick step-by-step guide for cooking Nutella bites in an egg bite mold.
Step One: Mix The Eggs
In a medium bowl, mix the eggs with an electric mixer on high for about 7 minutes. This will give you peaks for a thicker consistency.
Step Two: Warm the Nutella Spread
In a large bowl, warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 seconds. This will soften the Nutella spread.
Step Three: Combine Eggs and Nutella
Slowly add your egg mixture (about a third of the bowl at a time) into the Nutella. Stir well to make sure it’s incorporated. It should then look like brownie batter.
Step Four: Spray Egg Bites Mold
Spray your Instant Pot egg mould bite mold with cooking spray.
Step Five: Add Nutella Batter To Egg Bite Molds
Pour the nutella batter evenly until the mixture is 3/4 of the way full. Place the silicone lid on the egg bite mold.
If you don’t have a lid cover with the entire mold with aluminum foil.
Step Six: Add Water To Instant Pot
Place the egg mold on the trivet inside your Instant Pot and pour 1 cup of water to the bottom of the Inner pot.
Step Seven: Pressure Cook Nutella Bites
Place and twist the Instant Pot lid to secure it. Set the valve to closed. Pressure cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once the Instant Pot beeps, allow the pot to naturally release for 10 minutes and then manually release any remaining steam.
Step Eight: Remove Trivet And Silicone Egg Molds
Use a towel or hot pad to remove the trivet from the Instant Pot. Place the silicone egg molds on a cooling rack.
Step Nine: Cool And Serve
Once the molds have cooled, remove your Nutella Bites from the egg molds and sprinkle powdered sugar on top, serve, and enjoy!
