How to Make Instant Pot Nutella Bites?
Here is a quick step-by-step guide for cooking Nutella bites in an egg bite mold.
Step One: In a medium bowl, mix the eggs with an electric mixer on high for about 7 minutes. This will give you peaks for a thicker consistency.
Step Two: In a large bowl, warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 seconds. This will soften the Nutella spread.
Step Three: Slowly add your egg mixture (about a third of the bowl at a time) into the Nutella. Stir well to make sure it’s incorporated. It should then look like brownie batter.
Step Four: Spray your Instant Pot egg mould bite mold with cooking spray. Pour the nutella batter evenly until the mixture is 3/4 of the way full. Place the silicone lid on the egg bite mold. If you don’t have a lid cover with the entire mold with aluminum foil.
Step Five: Place the egg mold on the trivet inside your Instant Pot and pour 1 cup of water to the bottom of the Inner pot. Pressure cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once the Instant Pot beeps, allow the pot to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Step Six: Use a towel or hot pad to remove the trivet from the Instant Pot. Place the silicone egg molds on a cooling rack. Once the molds have cooled, remove your Nutella Bites from the egg molds and sprinkle powdered sugar on top, serve, and enjoy!

For this Nutella bites recipe, we use an Instant Pot egg mold. You can purchase egg bite molds from Instant Brands, Local stores such as Walmart or online from Amazon.
They came with a trivet steamer rack with heat-resistant handles which I find super useful when using the trivet in my pressure cooker. These molds also come with silicone lids so you won’t need to use aluminum foil.
Can I Stack Egg Bite Molds in the Pressure Cooker?
Yes, it is possible to stack multiple egg bite molds in the Instant Pot. To do so, be sure to follow these important steps: Make sure your silicone molds are completely dry and free of any moisture or water before stacking them inside the pressure cooker.
Place one trivet on the bottom of the Instant Pot, and then stack your egg bite molds on top of that. Be sure to leave space in between each mold so that there is room for steam to circulate around them. We place a mason jar lid between molds to create the space.
