  • 1 cup Jerk marinade
  • 1⁄4 cup Soy sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Thyme, dried
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. All spice
  • 2-3 Jalapenos, sliced seeds removed

HOW TO MAKE CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN

Add 1 can of the fire roasted tomatoes into the crockpot.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the tomatoes.
Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the chicken.

  1. I was going to make this, but I am not sure what a “Caribbean Bean” is? I looked it up, but all it gives me is recipes to make Caribbean Beans, or basically says it’s black beans. So do I use two cans of black beans? Or is there a substitute?
