Instant Pot Country Mashed Potatoes Ingredients
- 10 red potatoes; washed
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE THIs recipe
Wash and dice potatoes. Leave the skins on. Add them to the instant pot. Add one cup water.
Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to the sealed position.
Press pressure cook or manual button and set the time to 5 minutes. Once the instant pot stop counting release the pressure and remove the lid.
Add in margarine or butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well with hand mixer. Once it’s smooth it’s ready to be served.
