You can hide fruit and vegetables in muffins and pancakes. It’s not only a good way to get your kids eating more of their 5 a day but add’s nutrition to a tasty snack.
Use Cauliflower Rice and Zoodles
Use vegetable alternatives to rice and noodles. This may take some getting used to but with a tasty sauce and topping, you never know how well this will go down with the kids.
