You’ve probably heard of monkey bread before but never quite like this. This Garlic and Parmesan Instant Pot Monkey Bread is a super simple savory recipe that goes perfectly with any meal.
Once you make this dish once, you’re never going to want another side dish or bread option ever again. It’s really that good and such a simple recipe to make. (and being able to tear off a piece to eat is so much fun!)

You could. You just need to be certain that it’s a dough recipe that is remade and it should work out just fine. Depending on what you choose, your monkey bread might be a bit fluffy or flaky as well.

Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Monkeybread
(makes 2 Bundt Cakes)
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 50 minutes
- Total time: 55 minutes
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THIS RECIPE/KEYWORD
- 3 10-oz cans refrigerated flaky biscuits (22.5 total oz.)
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons parsley
- 5 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded (I like to use Friggo Shredded Parmesan)

How to make this instant pot garlic monkey bread recipe
Melt your butter, in a medium bowl, in the microwave for 30 second intervals. Remove from microwave once melted.
Add in your parsley, garlic, salt, and parmesan cheese to the melted butter.
Cut your biscuits into fourths. Then add your biscuits to the bowl in intervals allowing each biscuit to receive enough of the coating.
Divide the bowl into two. Set the second portion aside. (For your second batch of Monkey bread)
Spray your Bundt pan with cooking spray, or grease with butter. Add in your biscuit piece layered in the pan.
Add 2 cups of water to your Instant Pot. Add the trivet and place your pan on the trivet.
Close the lid by twisting it. Make sure the valve is closed and away from you.
Set your Instant Pot to High Pressure for 45 minutes.
Once the time is done, do a manual release by pulling the valve toward to you release the pressure.
Carefully, remove the trivet with a towel or hot pads from the Instant Pot. Transfer the Bundt pan to a cooling rack. Once cooled, place a plate on top, and flip to transfer the Monkeybread.
You can then repeat the process to cook your second batch of monkey bread.

In the recipe, it says to divide the remaining butter mixture in to two bowls. It then states to set the second bowl aside. I do not see where the recipes provides any other direction for the butter mixture. Am I missing something? This sounds delicious, just need clarification please.
the second lot is for the second loaf as this recipe makes enough for two bundts of Monkey bread.
No where do you list the size of IP you are using. I think you would make this in the larger IP.
This is made in the 6 quart but if you make it in a larger pot the instructions are the same.
