Ingredients

White potatoes Buter Sour cream Shredded cheddar jack cheese Crumbled bacon Chives Salt Pepper Coarse ground garlic salt Parchment paper Cookie sheet

Wash the Potatoes with a vegetable brush and cool water.  Place the Trivet in the Instant Pot, and add 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pot. Pierce the Potatoes with a fork.

Set the time for 15 minutes; make sure the pressure valve is set to SEALING, and press the Manual button again to start the Instant Pot.

While the potatoes are cooking, line the  cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.

When the Instant Pot is done cooking and goes to OFF, make sure the pressure has been released, by turning the pressure valve to ‘VENTING’ from Sealing.
