Ingredients For Instant Pulled Pork BBQ Recipe
- 3 pounds pork butt, cut into 4 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- 2 cups BBQ sauce, divided
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- Buns for serving (optional)
Instant Pot Pulled Pork BBQ Instructions
Place the pork butt in the bowl of the Instant Pot and season with BBQ seasoning.
In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine the BBQ sauce, beef broth, and vinegar. Stir to mix.
Pour the mixture over the top of the meat.
Set the Instant Pot pulled pork cooking time to 35 minutes.
Do a quick release and remove the lid after the pressure is released.
Remove the meat from the Instant Pot and shred it, then drain half the liquid from the pot.
Place the shredded pork back in the pot and add the remaining BBQ sauce. Stir to combine.
