Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients For Egg Roll In A Bowl
- 1 lb ground pork (or any other meat you would like)
- 1 bag pre-shredded cole slaw mix
- 1/2 cup bone broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Egg Roll In A Bowl Recipe
Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
Once Instant Pot warms, add your ground meat, soy sauce, and seasonings then brown.
Turn the Instant Pot off, if using a fatty meat such as pork, drain the meat.
Add the broth then add the cole slaw mix over the meat without mixing.
Twist on the Instant Pot lid and make sure the steam valve is sealed.
Set the Instant pot to high pressure for zero minutes.
When cooking is finished, release the pressure and then remove the lid.
Mix together.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
