Instant Pot Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe  Story

Carbonara is a traditional Italian pasta dish made with egg, hard cheese, cured pork, and black pepper.

Ingredients

Break spaghetti noodles in half and place in instant pot layered and crossed.

Close lid, seal pressure valve and pressure cook on high for 7 minutes. When finished, manually release the pressure.

Drain the noodles, saving 1/2 cup of noodle water. Set noodles aside.

Set the instant pot to sauté and add oil. When the oil is hot, sauté the bacon until crispy.
