  1. Are you sure the steak should cook for 20 minutes? Seems like a long time. If I use 1 lb of petite sirloin steak, instead of 2 lb, would it change the cooking time? Thank you!

    1. I would reduce down to 10 minutes if it’s only 2lbs and see if you are happy with the level of doneness.
